NCAA 09 is a great must-have football game foranybody who loves the game of football. It's in a league of its own, compared to all of the other next-gen football games to date. The style and creativity of the players and, most of all, the stadiums take this game to a whole new level. The controls are very comfortable and easy to use, once you fully understand what every button can do. A simple flick of the right analog stick can change a no-doubt tackle into a stunning juke, with defender's ankles being broken and a gallant sprint to the endzone. Impact players mean a lot to a team's success. For example, if a quarterback is an impact player and throws an interception, the game gives you the abilty to be able to guess the defense's scheme. If guessed correctly, you gain all of your composure, but if guessed wrong, the quarterback loses composure and is much more likely to throw another interception. | To start off, I bought NCAA Football 09 with high hopes. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed. When I think of College Football I think of defense. | I bought this game in early January and at the beginning it was on the best games I've ever played. But the longer I played it the more I found the game repetitive and a little boring. I like the dynasty mode with all the options and variations. The campus legend mode was okay. I made a quarterback and in 4 high school games he threw for 15 touchdowns and rushed for 6.
