I bought this game because I'm into paintball but live where snow is a factor.. so winter paintball is at a minimum.
As in every game the Challenge is kind of there and kind of not at the beginning its basic and works towards harder opponents but you are also able to update your stats as you go on so if you do this it stays about the same difficulty.
