| I have finally found an exercise dvd that works to my expectations. I have joined a gym and wasn't motivated to go. I purchased the Wii Fit and wasn't pleased that it didn't offer more cardio. | I LOVE THIS PROGRAM!!!!! Maya is great and very realistic. I love that you "earn" new locations and music by sticking with the program and following your commitment by coming back. I also love how she stops for rest periodically, which is helpful for a beginner, as well as the tutorial for new moves.
