| In the summer of 1944, the Second World War entered its end-game when the Allies launched two major operations that would drive back German forces on both the Western and Eastern Fronts at once. In the ultimate test of military strategy, ORDER OF WAR will challenge you not only to lead America's finest to victory in the west, but also place you in command of the invading German forces charged with repelling the Red Army's seemingly unstoppable counter-offensive in the East. Even the keenest military minds will find that it's one thing to make history, but quite another to change it. Do you have what it takes to command? |

| Just finished the game so I would love to share with you my views on “Order of War” title and outline its strengths and weaknesses. First off I should I say that I never considered myself an RTS fan (shooters is my passion actually). RSTs always seemed quite boring for me, not that dynamic as I wanted. That’s probably why I was advised to try namely this game. And yes, the absence of head racking ...[More] |

| Bought Order of War about a week ago and spent something like 25-30 hours playing it. Being a fan of WWII RTS games for years (CoH, WiC, MoW) I got interested by the opportunity to play WiC-like battles but on larger scale and with nicer graphics – and actually haven’t been disappointed yet. OoW plays like a decent and well-balanced strategy game with cool visuals and quick-paced gameplay. There i...[More] |

So I bought this addictive game digitally on Steam 2 days ago! And now I am writing this review after 40 sleepless hours. That’s the amount of time I spent to pass through both game campaigns.
It is different from regular Strategy games, much more difficult in my opinion, but you can read about the specifics in other reviews, my point is simply that i was surprised by it. hard to get a ho...[More] |
