I bought this because my 20 Gig hard drive was running very low, it took about an hour to transfer the data but it all depends on the amount you have on your old hard drive.
It doesnt come with all 120 Gigs since it comes with a variety of pre-downloaded xbox 360 game trials and arcade game trials.

| With this lil' do'hicky you save massive amounts of memory on here. From pictures via computer ot through your came. Music via computer or straight from the source itself, the cd. Though I didn't but it seperately I bought it alongside witht he Xbox 360 Elite. Pretty neat package deal if you ask me.
