Justice is served
This is different from the phoenix wright in many ways. First is that this game takes place seven years after an event. phoenix is a main character but not the teacher to Apollo. The story is great, though I was a little disappointed by some of the characters. My main Question was WHAT THE HECK THEY DO WITH PHEONIX'S GIRL FRIEND, MAYA, AND PEARLS? The new "trilogy?" is excellent mix of old and new. The new cutscenes are excellent. I still like the original better then this one, but this one is extremely good. The 3D evidence and map are neat features. The style of the series is still there. The climax of this game is one of the best in gaming (Living up to the Wright tradition). You can just buy this game, and enjoy it without playing the others. But you get more out of the game by beating the Phoenix Wright Games. The PW games are all $20 or less so 3 games for 2 is great. So in all Apollo Justice has nearly all the comedy, style, and story of the phoenix wright games.

Phoenix Wright is outdone? Impossible! Possible.
Before you start reading my review, I would like to say one thing. If you are interested in this game, you should really play the Phoenix Wright trilogy first before you play this. There are a lot of references in the game of those games. First off, I'll start with the storyline. I won't spoil anything. It's about a defense attorney who gets 4 cases and tries to get a "Not Guilty" verdict in all of them. As usual, the story is top notch and the characters are outstanding. The cases are about as wild as you can get for all 4 of them. Now, I'll move on to the music. Anyone who's played the last 3 games knows that the music in this series is amazing. Apollo Justice continues this trend. Some new great courtroom themes were added, including a great theme for the new prosecutor/rock star, Klavier Gavin. Now, I'll go to the gameplay. The gameplay isn't really much, clicking and clicking and choosing where to go and presenting is the usual. However, they've added some new or pretty new stuff, like examining evidence. One of the new great things added is the Percieve system, where you look for a nervous twitch or habit while someone is testifying. They removed the Psyche-Locks, a great thing from the Phoenix Wright trilogy, however they added some great fingerprinting and footprint analysis for fun. This was seen in the 5th case of the first game. Some of the old and awesome characters are gone, but you will see some cameos and hear some references. Don't worry, old Phoenix fans, this game should please you very much!

I've never been so excited about a game before!!!
I am really excited about this. I'm literally counting down the days. I LOVED the PW series, but with Apollo Justice, there are some new ds specific features that I am uber excited about. I'm sure that this will be a game to remember.

Interesting Game
I can't wait for this game, should be very intersting to see new characters and a new storyline. From what I have seen we find out what happened to Phoenix as well, he is obviously not a lawyer anymore. Supposedly it will include some characters from the other games as well, as long as they include Gumshoe I'll be fine. LONG LIVE DETECTIVE GUMSHOE!

I have seen allot, and it all looks great!
I have been looking into this game allot ever since I first heard about it back when "Justice For All" came out! And I have to say that even with an almost entire new cast this is still the Ace Attorney game series we have come to love! A definite must for anyone looking for a game that makes you think and keeps you on the edge of your seat!

Goodbye, Phoenix.
It's going to be sad to see Phoenix and Maya and Pearl go... especially as Apollo looks even less serious than him. Still, I'm excited. It's a fresh new bath of attorneys, and it appears that Capcom's been taking tips from SNK and the likes on how to manufacture bishounen. I admit it; I'm most interested in those blonds. I'll miss Pearl and Franziska, though... but the return of Ema Skye is something for me to look forward to, as she was one of my favorite witnesses. She was a refreshing side-kick change from Maya in the first game, and I sorely missed her in the second. All in all, I'm excited. Hopefully, Capcom can keep up the good work.

The next generation?
I'm heartbroken about leaving Phoenix Wright and co. behind. The past games were witty and memorable, and the characters garnered a lot of fondness from its audience; it's as if we were there with them as each of the story's events unfolded. I hope this "next generation" of attorneys, prosecutors, mediums, and what-have-yous give us that same sentiment.

A fresh new way to look at the series...
Being a big fan of the Ace Attorney series, I will have to say that this game will bring up some very interesting characters. There has always been a number full of creative and colorful looking characters in the games before, but there are still more to come as the Apollo Justice series comes out. The new idea for the so called 'Magatama' will be that Apollo will be able to watch witness' movement in slow motion and zoom in on that person to see some type of nervous movement. I never enjoyed the Psych-Locks, but this brings up a whole new idea and seems alot more fun. There is alot more interaction, just like the last case of the first game (1-5). You will be able to check out the evidence alot more in this game. Seems really fun, and can't wait for it to come out.

OH YEAH!
I can't wait! it is another ace attorney game! I love ace attorney games no matter who stars in them. however, it will be odd for the spiky hair that we know and love to just leave us with a new duo! I'm a phoenix fan so I back this game up 100% and can't wait to buy it.

OBJECTION!!
HOLD IT!!!! i think it'll be weird to play as a newer character. but then again it'll stop what we would like and enjoy about phoenix wright. and it really hasn't finished the whole mystery behind maya, mia, pearls and everyone else in it. but it'll be fun to see what comes into play out of this.
