GET THIS GAME!!!!!!!! I LOVE this game! Here how you play: you chose as a boy or a girl, pick an outfit and begin! You start in your room saying that you can't wait to get to the pet store with your mom and dad. When you get there you pick a puppy, and then you get to go in walks (on the 7th day because your dog needs shots from the vet) have parties, and teach your dog tricks! It is a game to get! But they don't make it any more...... So you have to get it used.if you have the PC game too, get the DS version too, it's nothing like the PC version. Get this game!!!!!! P.s. just like dogz 2, it has a little old graphics......

This Is a Great Game
When my niece first got this game she was so happy she got to pick her own dog or if she didn't like one of the choices she was able to choose the breed the color and if she wanted it to be a boy or a girl. she dosent have a dog of her own and it makes her feel like she has one in real life.she lost the game and went crazy when she found it she kept playing she loved the dog so much and taught it so many things in a couple of days.If you get this game you will love it.

This game is perfect for kids who do not have pets
I love this game! My friend had it and I loved playing it. Every time i went over her house i begged her to let me play it. You are able to pick a boy or a girl for your player, and you can also do the same with your dog. You also go to school during the week, but you can still check up on your dog on the top screen. You can also take your dog for a walk when your mom needs something from the market for dinner. I don't want to give out too much info, since there are things you might want to figure out yourself.... But if I were you, I would buy it! Too bad for me, my friend lost her game. :( but i am determined to buy it when i get the $. I hope this info helped!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its Great
i really was expecting that it would be better but it wasnt what i expected although i love it i just think they should have not had so much talking with the people but if you like having lots of room,being able to throw parties, and walking the dog i think you would like it

this game is great
I highly recommend Dogz to all dog lovers. This game really is close to how to take care of a real dog. I'm still playing and enjoying the game. You play as a girl or boy kid who's parents let you go to the pet shop to select the puppy of your choice. You can also select if you want a boy or a girl puppy. The game is really cool also because you get to go through everyday life. During the week you go to school and then get home to play with and walk you're puppy. You can also teach him or her a variety of different tricks as well. You can also invite you're friends over for a puppy party if you'd like to every Sunday in the game. This game is also easy enough for younger kids to play. The controls are also fairly simple. OOPS! I hope that I didn't give too much away!
