The best Lord of The Rings game for DS!
This game not only follows the movies, but takes on a hole new perspective. This game is perfect for all you Aragorn fans out their. The graghics are great (compared to other DS games). Choose from about 20 different bows and swords.

Gotta love Aragorn!
Seriously for a handheld game this is really awsome. Granted you only play as Aragorn, but you get to see other characters and customize him to extent like chaning armor, weapons and power attacks. The buttons are easy to use and the story is great like all Lord of the Rings games. Best way to describe this game is that is almost like the Two Towers on Game Cube, but handheld and graphics not as good, but not bad considering its on a DS or in my case a 3DS. Overall Id recommend this game to all Lord of the Rings fans as it is fun, exciting and can keep you intrerested through the whole story. Finally the background music is straight out of he movies so what is there not to like?

TOTAL EPICNESS!!!
This game rocks! You go through many of Aragorn's epic Quest through Middle-Earth. The controls are easy to master. You have 3 difficulty levels, hobbit, ranger, and king. So this game can be played by any gamer from newbie to expert. Also it playes epic music from the real movie. You collect many swords and bows and cloaks and bracers and pendants and rings. One thing that might disturb younger gamers is if Aragorn gets shot by an arrow, the arrow gets stuck in his body momentarily but disapers soon. You get to fight many bosses from the movie. Parents, if you don't know what a boss is, they are really tough and powerful bad guys that aren't you're normal bad guys. When Sam tells the story of Aragorn the graphics aren't the best but overall, this game is epic. Spoiler Alert! You get to fight Sauron twice in the game. I won't spoil anymore info and I encourage gamers of any kind to experience this epic game!

Look's Good...
I have played a lot of Lord of the Rings games, but this one probably will be my favorite or the best one I have ever played. The graphics look pretty googd and the quality, well I don't know about that, like I said, the game looks really good.

Well...
Really, this honestly is disrespectful in a way to the seriousness, emotion, and storyline of LotR. Its not for little kids. The epic tale that is LotR can be found in the novels, the movies, and the strategy battle game, but I'm still waiting for a video game that actually represents LotR the way it should be in the video gaming world. Not some hack and slash, not some cheap fantasy game with huge deviations from its source material, and definitly not some cheesy little kids game. Still, as a devoted fan, I collect LotR video games, and I will be purchasing this, though I will feel ridiculous doing so.

awesomely cool!
first let me say I loved that other preview buzz. well I love lord of the rings. and i'm upset that the original is coming to blueray. but after Conquest this is the game were counting on to keep the trilogy alive. so lets hope they dont ruin this with a lego star wars type of game play. keep it original!

lOOKS PROMISING
There are alot of people who complain when you take a IP as serious as the Lord of the Rings title and paint it with cartoon graphics and soften it. I'm not one of them, I saw this games demo video and I say bring it on, it looks great and is a good contender. Every story teller has the right to express thier version of any story and until you hear what they have to say, who can judge. I had an old Beatles song that I always swore no one could ever change and make it better than they did it originally. UNTIL one day I heard it remade by one of the most unlikely bands and I immediately admitted it had been done better by this band than the Beatles. Since then I say let any story teller / game developer brave enough, tell thier version, heck it could even be better?! Therein lies the real appreciation of art in all forms. And I'm such a Fan of the Lord of The Rings, I watch the 7-9 hour trilogy at least once a month, reallly, no joke. I say bring it one It's a great idea: Sam being the new story telling perspective, heck they should do it eventualy with each main character, having them each tell thier version of the story, from thier veiw point. Just imagine how much it would expand the story and the formerly unknown details / plot twists etc. that it could reveal. In fact today was my day for watching it again. It's amazing the detail you catch the next time around...
