Pokemon Channel - Used
Great for a week
This game is a whole lot better than everyone gives it credit for. There is a good bit to do and it's awesome for about a week. There is literally no replay value once you unlock all the channels, but it is still a great game.
What's the point?
To be honest, all you ever do is watch TV. You already do that in real life, why put it in a game? It's boring, and I don't like the idea. Don't get it.
I love this game. I got it about 4 months ago and still play it on a regular basis. It's a great game for anyone who likes or ever liked pokemon.
DO NOT COMPARE
Here's the thing, when people play a lot of new versions of games, they expect the older ones to be just like it, before this one, only 7 pokemon games had been released, Red, Blue, Yellow, Silver, Gold, Crystal, and Hey You Pikachu. This game had the best graphics on the console for its time. The concept was new, a completely real-time based game, furthermore, this game was based for CHILDREN not 20 year old "diehard" Pokemon fans. It was meant to provide little bits of entertainment and interactivity for young children. The gameplay and setup was designed to be so easy, a 5-year-old could understand and do it. It was also designed to develop early childhood abilities, such as making friends and activity encouragement. By the way, how do you get the thought of fighting pokemon from the name "Pokemon Channel" with a picture of a Pikachu waving at you beside a TV?
Not a classic Pokemon
I got this game when I was younger hoping it would be a fun traditional Pokemon game. It wasn't! I never could get into this game no matter how hard I tried. I hoped this would be a fun classic Pokemon game like Pokemon Colosseum and Pokemon XD. All you do is watch TV and collect stickers and other things for your Pokemon's room. In my opinion it was extremely boring and a game I could live without.
This game is okay. It's not one of my faverts but it's not one of my lest favets. This about you owning a pichu and you travel a lot with it.
This games sucks soooo badd its not even like a pokemon u dont even battle it suck i went back 2 gamestop 2 return it the same day dont get if u want a pokemon gamne were u want 2 have fun if u dont like fun games then getb this 1 this is the WORST GAME EVER DONT GET IT!!!!!!!!!!
This game is good for kids, but it's not really exciting. All you really do is click...click...click and even more clicking. I mean, yeah, I guess watching the TV Show on their might be good for a small grin, but other then that, the other shows are basically useless. This game can pretty much only be enjoyed by kids age 4-7. Otherwise, it isn't really worth the ten dollars, i'd say it's worth 5...maybe less.
completley boring. i bought this game expecting to have fun and do alittle of what pokemon is all about...........um no. this game has no fighting what so ever. all the way boring. at first i was trying to adjust to the not being a "real" pokemon game. wouldnt play it again in my life.
