HOW DO I PLAY?
- Play the Game: Play a 16 Game Season of Backyard Football ’10 on Easy difficulty level with 4 minute quarters.
- Record Your Code: When your season is over, the game will generate a unique code that records all of your scores and statistics.
- Go Online: Go to www.gamestop.com/backyardfootball between 12:01 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on 10/20/09 and 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 1/10/10 (the "Promotion Period") to enter your code.
- Enter Your Code: Enter your code to confirm it’s valid. You must play a full season of 16 games, each game must be played on the Easy difficulty level and the quarter length for each game must be 4 minutes. If you do not select these settings, or have previously entered your code, it will not be valid.
- Sign In: Once your valid code is entered, sign in to the Backyard Sports All-Star team. If you aren’t a member of the All-Star team, you will be able to create an account.
Once you’re signed in, your season will be automatically entered in the Contest.
HOW WILL THE WINNERS WILL BE DETERMINED?
The following criteria are used to determine the winner:
- The point total for each qualifying season will be calculated by multiplying total Points Scored by 3, total Passing Yards by 2, total Rushing Yards by 2, Interceptions by 1 and Sacks by 1.
- In order to get the code, not only do you have to make the playoffs but you must also win the Backyard Bowl game. The code will be displayed along with the season statistics on an overlay after the game is won.
The entrant with the highest point total across all game platforms will receive the Grand Prize, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these official rules. The next 50 highest scoring entrants will each receive a First Prize, and the next 50 highest scoring entrants will each receive a Second Prize, regardless of which game console these entrants used to play their games, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these official rules. If a tie occurs, total Points Scored, Passing Yards, Rushing Yards, Interceptions, and Sacks will be compared in that order to determine the winner. For example, if two people tie but one has a higher Points Scored total, the person with the higher Points Scored total wins; if their Points Scored are tied, then Passing Yards will be compared and the person with the higher total Passing Yards wins, and so on. You can play as many seasons as you want and enter as many unique codes as you want, but there is a limit of one prize per person/email account and residential address. Seasons with any games played on Hard or Normal difficulty level will not be eligible for the Contest. Winners of the Contest will be notified by phone, mail, and /or e-mail.

Grand Prize: A trip for 2 to the Super Bowl!
Trip for two the Super Bowl (February 7th, 2010 in Miami, FL) including round-trip coach air transportation for two from a major airport nearest the winner's home town to Miami, Florida (if the winner lives within 100 miles of the event city, winner will receive limo transportation in lieu of airfare and the difference in value will not be awarded), 1 hotel room with double occupancy accommodations for 2 nights, $250 spending money (for winner only) and two (2) tickets to the Super Bowl.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO PLAY?
Contest open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 6 years of age and above. Children under the age of 13 must get parental permission to participate. See full rules for additional eligibility restrictions.
If you are already a member of the Backyard All Star Team you do not need parental permission to participate.
WHAT IS THE BACKYARD SPORTS ALL STAR TEAM?
The All Star Team is our club that you can join at www.backyardsports.com. The club gives you access to special areas on the site and if you are under the age of 13 will automatically request your parent’s permission for you to participate at the site, as well as participate in any of the games or contests available on the site. You will also receive advanced email notification of special promotions, offers and game releases.
IS THERE ANY COST TO BECOMING A MEMBER OF THE ALL STAR TEAM?
There is no cost or obligation to become a member of the backyard sports all-star team.
DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE A BACKYARD FOOTBALL GAME TO PARTICIPATE?
No purchase or payment necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Many will enter, only 602 will win.
