Nfs The Run on 3DS is the best handheld Nfs yet
The game is on of the better real life racers on the 3DS becuase it doesn't lag like Asphalt 3D. The graphics aren't perfect but they are pretty good for the 3DS. The cmpaign is short but the story isn't half bad. After you beat the game there isn't much to do besides challenges. What about online? Its fun but nobody and I mean nobody is ever online which limits the game's replay value. The car custimization is not bad but isn't as good as previous games like Carbon. Overall Need for Speed The Run is a soild game but is limited with a short campaign that is relatively easy and online with nobody on it.

Wow... Better than my home made pizza!
I was watching some walkthroughs on youtube, and this turned out to be pretty good compared to what the Wii got! This is an amazing game with some of my new favorite songs! There are some classic cars, like my beloved 1976 VolksWagen Golf, some futuristic ones like the Aston Martin One-77, and some modern ones like the Pagani Hauyra! Now, as usual, the goal is the same: Drive at ludicrously high speeds and do whatever it takes to shake the cops off your tail and win races with an electrifying lead! I can see the likeability with this game, and it's just brilliant! Now of all the flaws the could have avoided, I cant even name any! Now this to me isn't a flaw but an unrealistic feature: Using the right amount of nitrous on a 76' Golf could make you beat the Team NFS RTR-X! And I like that! The body modifications are amazing, like the spoilers! I have played the whole "The Run" series through almost ten times and it just doesn't get old! The story isn't as good as what I see on youtube for the PS3 and others, but it's still pretty good! Now I can infere what would happen if there were to be a sequel: Matt: What? And that's all I can think of. Overall, great game with iconic cars and many different possibilities!

Cool
This game is really good. i don't like it that no one plays online but other than that it is still good. 25 story missons and a bunch of challengs will keep you busy.

Great game.
If you have a 3DS and like racing games, this is a must have game. I do admit that the videocuts are bad, but the gameplay makes up for it. Graphics: 87/100 (Cars look great, but not lifelike). Sound: 92/100 (Cars roar beautifully, But the music is sad). Gameplay: 96/100 ( Has the classic controls, and has a big GPS) 3D Effect: 94/100 ( The 3D effect makes you feel like you are in the game). Cars: 89/100 (Not many cars, there are only 40 cars). Lasting Appeal: 75/100 ( Gets boring after you complete the story mode). Price: 100/100 ( Extremely cheap for such a good 3D game). Overall Rating: 94/100 (Best racing game to have). ^-^

Definitely could be better
When I bought this game, I thought it was going to be hard. One of my friends has it for his Xbox, and he said the same thing... But when I started the game, I thought it was way to easy. I beat it in two days... A good game for people who like to play easy games. Not for people who want a challenge.

Don't think, just get it
Need for Speed has been my favorite series since PS2 came out. I've played the Need for Speed Underground series, most wanted, pro street; to name a few. My favorite of all of them was Need for Speed Carbon, though, because of its 'free roam' feature. The newest game of the series, The Run, was a great addition. The completely new storyline and cast was interesting, and I just always wanted to go back to my 3DS and play more of the game. But what stopped me from doing so is that there are only 26 episodes (levels) in the game, and so it was a little too short. To make this game better, I would have added more levels, and also 'free roam', like Carbon has. I really enjoy going on freeroam to get bounty and just fool around with the cops a little. The Run added some new things to gameplay though, because it's not just the driving. Now there are little mingames inbetween, such as breaking a glass window, or trying to use a police scanner to listen in on conversations. The circle pad on the 3DS made steering a little easier because of its precise movements. If you are a person that has a hard time steering the car in a racing game, a 3DS racing game like this one may be for you. For a final thought, any 3DS owner should go out to Gamestop and buy Need for Speed: The Run.

Better than Nitro X on the DS
The gameplay is very good throughout the whole game. It reminds me of playing the other games of the Need For Speed series on the PSP systems. The sound of the game is totally different than the rest of the other games of this from the PSP version. However, the game has a classic song that was originally from Need For Speed II on the PSOne classic. The graphics of racing is very well put. More details on the cars, the background images of real life places. And also, the comic look of the cutscenes. It reminds me of playing GTA: Chinatown Wars. The 3DS cover of this game is very appealing to the looks of the game. And it definitely deliver a perfect game out of it! What I say about this game? It is definitely better than Nitro on the DS version. Because on Nitro. Mostly the game was way unrealistic. The creators made that game only enjoyable for the little kids to play. Compared to this game, this game is meant for Hardcore Gamers that are big fans of the street racing series!
