Cord easily got tangled up and set quit working af
The headset was not comfortable. The cord easily got tangled up, so you constantly need to untangle it and the set quit working after 90 days.

KEEP YOUR RECEIPT
The headset is good, but a gamble. Mine gave up the ghost after about 7 months, and unless you have the receipt or some other proof of purchase, Razer won't replace it (and no, registering your product on the site doesn't count). However, while it worked, it was an extremely good headset with good mic sensitivity. The sound quality was so good that I wound up replacing my standard headphones with the headset whenever I wanted to listen to music.

Sounds crisp with deep Bass, with a cool design.
The Razer Charcharias headphones sound better than my $100 Dolby 5.1 surround sound system, which came as a big surprise. The microphone turns on an axis almost a full 360 degrees, and is very flexible. It seems to sound great, although not comparing to any dedicated studio microphone. The cushioning goes around your ear, and is VERY comfortable. I'll find myself using it for hours and not even noticing that I'm wearing it. The headset can be adjusted in size on a rail type system that provides more customization that standard headphones with indentations for each specific level. The only problem with this is that the headphones will readjust due to gravity and became far too large, however this does not ruin the product. Overall, they sound crystal clear (For stereo headphones), are very comfortable, and perfect for long gaming sessions. The price could be a bit lower, but that's what is expected from large brand names I suppose.
