Very good product!
Let me start with the fact that its a really nice controller with smooth buttons and analog sticks. But once in a while it will move the character of the video game without you doing anything. Over all i really recommend buying this great device. Thanks for reading bye.

Great, But Be Careful With Driving/Racing Games
I would have to say that Sony’s PS2 Dual shock analog controller is a top of the line product. I have owned my PS2 since 2004. The comfort of the controller in my hands has been extraordinary. I never experienced any cramping or stiffness of my hands after playing a game for endless hours. I have used other brands of controllers and there is no comparison of quality and craftsmanship than what Sony produces.
There is one negative comment I have with Sony’s controller. After 7 years of excellent service my original controller that came with the PS2 has begun to fail. What I have come to learn is if you play any games other than racing games or games that involve vehicles heavily you should get plenty years out of the controller. I personally enjoy racing games (e.g. motocross, nascar, and gran turismo). You name it, I played it. Sony controllers have been known to fail prematurely especially the L3 button from racing/vehicle games. That is what caused mine to begin failing. I would play a first or third person shooter and the character would move forward by itself without me touching the L3. I would click the L3 button and fix the problem momentarily, but with time would get worse. Once the L3 or R3 button fail there is no way of fixing it unless you’re a gadget guru.
I recommend not using the controller in racing games for a long period of time. Even if your PS2 controller works fine now I would suggest you go out and buy a new one as a backup. Sony is slowly fazing out anything PS2. When your controller fails it may be to late to buy a new controller at a reasonable price.

The Best Controller Of All Time!
Let me just star by saying Sony has probably the best controller design! I mean right when you touch it, it jsut feels the way a controller was meant to be. Anyway though these controller will last a long time if you take care of them. I'veh ad a ps2 since 2001 and my original controller is still doing ok, thats 11 years I've had it. ill probably replace it soon but they are well worth $20, its a bargain for something that lasts that long. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

Best Remote.
The Sony PS2 remotes are the only ones that are any good. Don't ever buy anything else but them.

I'm Loving it!
I love this controller! I have had a playstation 2 for 6 years now and I have only had to go through two of these controllers. I got them at a bargain price and I love how they are pressure sensitive. I have been going through these at a rate of one controller for every 3 years, so I would recomend it if you are into intense games. Even though it is wired, it is EXTREMELY reliable and I can never tell that the wire is there. The controller is very comfortable. I compared the feel to my 360 controller and after a few hours my hands felt the same after both. I never have any response problems either. All of my controls come right after I hit the buttons. My favorite part would have to be the buttons being pressure sensitive. If you are looking for a playstation 2 controller then I would defenetly recomend that you buy this controller. I have a very large game library and enjoy using it for every game that I have. Trust me, I have tried other controllers for the playstation 2 and none of them have worked Anywhere close as well as this one.

The Best Controller Avilable
The original Dualshock 2, was the ultimate controller in the "last generation" console systems, and I will gladly walk you trough all it's features!. It's comfortable, and I'm sure most gamers out there already are used to this controller, you can reach any button with ease, the shape is comfortable, the more you play it, the more you like it!. Analog Sticks are really precise and you will have total control over your character or crosshair with no problems. The cord is a bit short tough, if you like playing miles away from your console, maybe you will have troubles with this, but in most cases you will forget there is a cord at all. As the name claims, it has a dual-shock vibration function that can vibrate in many different forms. And here is one of my favourite features of this amazing controller, the PRESSURE Sensitive function, This detects how strong the button is pushed, yes, every single button in the controller can be readed like this, even the Directional PAD! Let me give you an example, in your favourite racing simulation game, you can accelerate more or less depending on how "hard" you push the button down, well obviously you won't get a boost by pushing it so hard until it breaks, but it helps a lot in turning, etc. Another example is in the acclaimed Metal Gear Solid series (even more in MGS3), this feature is heavily used in almost every way you can imagine. Basically, check the back of your Game Case for a red box that reads "pressure sensitive" and you will notice this in the game. The durability of the controller and the cord are outstanding, if you get an original Dualshock 2 controller I can assure you it will not break in a long, long time (yeah just try not to damage the cord, that's the "weak point" of every controller). If you want a long-lasting good quality controller for your playstation 2, get this, it will worth every penny you invest. Seeya.
