Very Nice PS2 DVD Remote.... I bought this PS2 DVD remote about two weeks ago at one of my local Gamestop's. This was a very sound purchase, and for the money, what a couple bucks, you just can't beat it. I've used it while testing out a DVD on my new pre-owned PS2 system, not bad at all. The remote is loaded with a ton of useful buttons, and their positioning on the remote is nice as well. I also like the fact that I don't have to tote a actual game controller in my hand to control the DVD play, the remote has all those game controller buttons right on it. In some aspects a person doesn't need a game controller to have master control over their PS2 system, the remote control will do it all, other that the in game stuff of course. So if you got a couple bucks, grab a PS2 remote, at least you have both functionality and you have something for nostalgic sake. 7/24/11

DVD Remote WOW Pros: 1) Has both Regular controls and Playstation 2 Controllers Buttons (for example the Triangle, Circle, and ALL the others 2) Works from long Distances 3) Thin 4) All the Buttons are placed in Nicely grouped manner (for example All the different ways of rewinding are like in one row Play Pause and Stop are in one row and are much larger so that if you picked up the remote in the dark you would know which button to click and MUCH MUCH MORE) Cons: 1) Does not light up :( I would say that if you are tired of the weirdly set up button on the Regular playstation 2 remote controller i would DEFINITELY get this remote because not only do you have the regular DVD controls but you also have the Dual Shock 2 Playstation 2 buttons as well (for example trianle Circle Square X start select R1 R2 and so on). So go ahead buy it it is only like 3 dollar and TOTALLY worth it! 4/5/10
