Dungeon Master Honzo.
I have been playing dungeon crawl games for close to three years now now allot of you probably are like that's not a long time! Well when all you do is play video games and sleep it really is a long time, I have a level 70 on the original morrowind elder scrolls game, on this game I have a level 75, 48, and 32 I have been playing this game for close to two years now and I always seem to pop it in my ps2 and spend days running around getting gear, farming bosses, the raising my level.
The things to do in this game are close to endless its not an open world game like oblivion or morrowind but for its time this game was great, the graphics are smooth unlike the first one, another thing I would like to cover is that the second one lets you go back and forth from planes you already completed the first on does not so leveling in the first one is rather tough compared to the second one, also the second game has a glitch that lets you get infinite stats the first one does not, all in all if you are bored pick this up.
All dungeon masters should own this game.

A game series that they need to continue!
This game series is an amazing series that I feel should be continued on the newer game systems. Unfortunately, I think most gamers miss it because it is often overshadowed by games like World of Warcraft. The game is challenging and fun for 1 to 2 players. You can have up to 4 players, but it gets very annoying since you can only have 2 players in the weapons and armor menu at one time. The characters to chose from are interesting and unique, and the weapons and armor you can upgrade to are very fun and sometimes hilarious. If you have a hard core gamer who is always complaining about not finding challenging enough games to play, this one will satisfy them. Some of the enemies are very challenging and some of the bosses and the bonus levels can just be downright insanely hard, especially if you are playing alone. Leveling up is a big deal, so the more enemies you can destroy the better. The more weapons and armor you can upgrade the better. If you are playing 2 player, beware of arguments and funny scuffles that might occur while playing as you and your cohort fight and scramble to collect all the weapons and armor from chests and barrels in hope for an awesome upgrade. This is a game that my husband and I love to play together, and I can't begin to tell you how many times we have fought each other or traded with each other to try to get higher weapons or armor. The downfalls of the game is that the ending will leave you sitting there saying "Is that it?". Also, the music cuts on and off at random weird moments and there is the occasional glitch where you open a chest expecting your shard and you get nothing. Then you have to start the whole level all over again. This game may be a bit higher in price, but it is worth every cent since it is such a long and detailed game. Definitely a game I highly recommend to add to your collection.

this game is awesome!
I like the different characters you can be and all the levels. I just wish they would come out with a new one. I've played other games that gamers said was just as good, but I stick with this one because of the detail.

Great game but not much has been added.
Champions:Return to Arms is the sequel to Champions of Norrath. This review has 2 sections. One for those new to Champions, and one for those who played the original. ---IF YOU'RE NEW TO CHAMPIONS--- Return to Arms continues the story of Champions and if you jump into this game first, you may not understand as much to what is going on. This game has more features than the original though. The graphics are really good for the PS2, with a great soundtrack, but so was the first. The series is a hack-&-slash and the variety of gameplay really comes from the different class choices, hundreds of weapons, and a dozen spells per class that you unlock as you level up which can also be upgraded. There is a huge selection of equipment which are random drops, and even the stores will change and offer random selections. The enemies are very diverse in appearance, and most will approach you differently. There are more than a dozen unique enviroments with a boss fight or two in each area. Both Champions take around 15-20 hours a playthrough to beat. When you beat the game, you can continue on a higher difficulty with the same character. As a stand-alone game, its great and I recommend it to those still playing PS2 games. ---IF YOU PLAYED THE FIRST CHAMPIONS--- There is a lot of coping-and-pasting from the first game but with more to do. Most of the sounds, music, enemies, environments, gameplay, and more are identical. The class select only adds 2 new races. You can upload your save file from the first Champions and play as any of your previous characters. The big differences, from the first Champions to the second, are that there are two main quests, and a dozen mini-games. You can either follow the quest for good or evil. Each tell a different story and have bosses specific for their quests. Its a great game but not much has changed since the first Champions so I can only recommend Return to Arms if you loved the original and couldn't get enough.

Great game for its time
This game is great, we all know that, but the thing is, newer games like Medal of Honor or something else, pass this game. This is a really good game if you just want to relax and cut somethin up.

It's a Rental, and a pretty short one at that.
I went looking for a game that's like Oblivion or World of Warcraft. I found some of what I was looking for here, but not everything. It said that you can choose your fate, but all that you could choose your fate but all you can do is be either good or evil. Also, once you get the hang of the game, it's a lot shorter than the up to 100 hours of gameplay that it says on the box. I'm not that hardcore, I play about 3 hours at most a day, and once i knew what to do, it was very easy. There are some puzzles and the minigames are pretty fun(There's even a Pac-man type game) but it was very straight forward. I easily beat the game without using cheats twice in about a week. Okay, now let's talk about the graphics. The graphics were pretty good for a Ps2 game, but sometimes it was a bit choppy. What I really didn't like was the view. It was above the character pointing down. it may have been a bit at an angle but not by much (about 170 or 160 degrees). Another thing i didn't like the most was that it just kept repeating itself. All you do is kill and maybe do soem puzzles. And when you got new armor it usually looked the same as your last one. At one of those cases it said the I had tattered and tarnished patchwork armor. I put them on, and there was no difference at all. So if you like these types of games, my advice to you is if you do buy, make sure you don't lose the receipt.

Great game!
My hubby and I love this game. After playing the first game we had to play the second. The only problem we had with this game was the fact that you can not play 2 player online which sucked. Other then that is was a really great game. For those of you that love long games and being able to customize you have lots of different things to play with. You can even pick bad or good and if you figure it out you can bounce around to level up and play both bad and good. I think the best part was being able to go back if you have others saved and jack their stuff to sell or use. The addition of the new races was a big plus cause they all have something different that might help out in battle and in some cases shady ways of beating a boss. If you like playing with your friends this is a great game, if you like playing on your own you would love the online play that is if you can figure it out. Either way if you are a REAL GAMER you will love it.
