Most underrated baseball game of all time Just the customization options this game offers is unreal. I have changed up the entire roster to represent all time greats of each team. Plus you can fully create 32 teams( which I have also done to represent Japanese baseballs all time best). It also has JRPG elements(mlb the life) to it that helps set it apart from other baseball titles. I have been playing this game since 08 and still play it today. The gameplay mechanics are superior to most games released now. I would highly recommend this to any die hard baseball fan. 3/16/13

Power Pros-Not as it might look from the cover MLB Power Pros is a game that can be played on Playstation 2 or Wii. It is a fun, animated version of America's game. It projects players with amazing accuracy with facial features. The players are missing legs, but you have to remember it is an amimated game. There are many game modes. To start, I will talk about the Success game mode. This game mode revovles around a player you name, who plays in the Double A. The story is surrounded around you tuning your player into Major-League material. I personally believe that this game mode is very boring. Next, the Home Run Derby is assessed. The Home Run Derby is exactly what its name says. You pick a player and hit as many home runs as you can within 10 pitches. The longest distance, most home runs in a round, and most points are recorded by the game. There is also a Season mode. My personal favorite. You pick a team and lead them to the World Series. Like any other game right? Not necessarily. In Power Pros, you may pick a Dream Draft of players. This is when you pick the best players available to fit your team's needs. What I like about this is it is realistic. The other 29 teams also pick the best teams so you can't stack your team. The season lets you control everything that a real general manager would take care of. The game also features an exhibition game made where you can play your friend, or the computer. The points system in this game is called Power Points. You receive points after any and every game mode you play. Another feature of this game is Arrange. This is where you CAN stack your team with every great player imaginable. The gameplay is easy enough that anyone could start playing the game and be good at it. The hitting techniques are simple and the pitching does require a bit of knowledge of baseball pitches and what they can do. But if you know your pitches, pitching is as easy as batting is. Overall, i would recommend this game to anyone. I personally really love this game and a play it reguarly as i am a sports and baseball freak. I recommend buying this game if you are thinking about it for its low price and great quality of gameplay. 6/4/09
