ONE OF THE BEST DBZ GAMES FOR THE NEXT GEN
SIMPLY AWESOME MUSIC, STORY AND FIGHT SYSTEM... ALL IT NEEDS IS THE FULL CAN COMPLETE STORY WITH BLOOD AND CUT SCENES! IT ALSO NEED AN IN-DEPTH WORLD TOURNAMENT MODE WITH MINI CUT-SCENES BETWEEN MATCHES! THIS IS THE DBZ GAME THAT SHOULD BE EXPANDED UPON!!

Meh, Ok
burst Limit was ok, but some things were bad. The power gauge bugged me cause it charged itself up and that was a major satisfaction factor to the player. I got bored with the 2D gameplay within 2 weeks. I wanted something like tenkaichi or raging blast.

Almost Perfect
Its basically a remake of Dragon ball Z Budokai. This game features not enough content but its still amazing. although the story mode is short it still feels awesome. There is no tornament which sucks but there is online multiplayer! The online isn't really tht fun but this game is stiill an amazing recreation of Dragonball Z budokai

Great Game!
If only it had all the characters just it did on budokai 3, it would be beyond great. I would never stop playing it and would cherish it! This is the game they should continue improving instead of raging blast...........

more characters and transformation,longer story
This was a good game but i thought that the story line was going to be a little bit longer. I passed that same day I bought it so I wanted the story mode longer. The characters were a surprising to me because the game left out Goku's super saiyan 2 and 3 and vegeta's majin form. If the game had those things and kid buu and other characters this game would of been better and I would recommend this game to anyone that likes fighting games.

Under-rated.
I am sitting in my game room playing Mortal Kombat 9, thinking "Man, I wish I wouldn't have to play as, like, 20 different characters to progress the story, because learning all these moves is complicated. So I resorted to button-mashing. Contrary to popular belief, this game actually DISCOURAGES button mashing then encourages it. Because the combos are simple and the game has an effective counter system, players are encouraged to learn how to perform combos and discouraged to button mash since it's ineffective due to countering. So, simple combos is a good thing and not a bad thing. Because the characters all play the same with different moves, if you play the story mode and have to switch characters you can *GASP* ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING! So, similar characters is a good thing and not a bad thing. This game is in 720p, but now the loading times aren't super long, so once again, this is a good thing and not a bad thing. I think you get the point. Problem is, alot of people like to bash games without seeing the other side, so I thought I'd give this game the credit it deserves, for it's the best DBZ game out as of my writing of this. Nothing is perfect, unfortunately, and the game has 2 small problems. First thing is that they were trying TOO HARD to make this a good game. It has way too many SFX sounds, which gets annoying, but it you turn them off, you won't be able to hear stuff like punches and ki blasts, which is worse. The other problem is the lips are horribly off sync. This time, they were just being lazy, but oh well, still the best DBZ game out there. With a Metacritic aggregate score of 71, this game deserves way better. The problem is, we live in a gaming world where unless the game is super-complicated, it sucks beyond anyone who is 7 years old. Well, I will say this: I will love the Dragon Ball series from 7 to 77; 'till the day I die, and that goes for Dimps as well.

Basically a remake
For everyone who was angry about only going up to the cell saga; it's because this was supposed to basically be a remake of the first budokai game just with a lot better graphics. This is a good game, and you should not downgrade its ratings just because it didn't do all of the sagas. They made this game because people usually argue about the graphics for these games; well here you go and now that you got what you wanted you just want to whine and moan about something else.

Great Game!
Burst Limit is a little disappointing because it goes up to the Cell saga ,but the graphics are the best. The gameplay is good enough but anyone who is new to the series won't know what's going on plus you don't get all of the characters from the movies or the series. The attacks are really cool because when you fire an ultimate attack head-on there's a mini-cutscene.
