Favorite PS3 Fighter.
I've played quite a few PS3 fighter games recently, and this one has to be my favorite. I really like making different tag teams and switching out during a fight. There is a such a wide range of different characters that really impressed me. The graphics are also really great. The fighters don't look grainy or too cartoon-ish like in some games. I am also not a huge fan of extreme blood and gore, and this one is mostly not bloody at all. Many people are saying that this is too difficult and I agree that it is hard, but I still enjoy doing two-player vs. mode.

WORST GAME EVER AND A MESSED UP CHARACTER
out of all of all the Tekken games this TTT2 game is the most worst games I've ever played. Tekken 6 is my most favorite fighting game and my favorite character is Leo. But after knowing that TTT2 said Leo was a girl that REALLY got me ticked. He doesn't acted the same, talk the same,or look the same. Leo was talking English on Tekken 6. Also everybody should know that Leo's a BOY there's nothing girly about him! I miss everything about him on Tekken 6. Even some of the outfit are wrong on TTT2 he had something that girls are suppose to wear. that why Tekken 6 is a real Tekken game with the real Leo. the only thing good about TTT2 game is that you can fight 2 to 2,has new characters, and some of the characters endings are funny:) and sad:( ,but not Leo's I don't even like Leo's ending on TTT2. only like Leo's ending and beginning on Tekken 6.

One of the better installments in the series
In recent Tekken qames, there was always game mode(s) cut off/taken off (ex-Tekken 6, Tekken 3D Prime Edition, etc.) But this qame seems to have all that can keep you satisfied, excellent qraphics make the qameplay smooth, and enjoyable. The characters added are old favorite classics, and even after beinq removed from a couple of qames seem to fit in perfectly fine. Characters were given new combos, new outfits, and new customization outfits. The qame has many modes to keep you happy and entertained. I can't seem to find anything wronq with it. The staqes and scenery are qood, and interestinq backqrounds just make the qame more enjoyable. The tag features make combos alot more fun, and intense. The qame is great in many ways, the qame has a nice arcade that is a better upqrade than Tekken 6's arcade mode. Overall this qame is great and deserves the praise it's qettinq. I recommend this qame to someone who loves fiqhtinq qames, or is just wantinq a nice fiqhtinq game, it's worth it:)

Dream Match Game
Bit of a warning, this game does have an online pass, so if you're buying pre-owned, you'll need to buy the pass for online. Tekken Tag always reminds me of the dream match titles in King of Fighters. There is a large cast of characters, especially when added to with the FREE DLC characters. All of which you can customize with free costumes. Gameplay is a modified Tekken 6 engine with the addition of hte tag mechanic from the first Tekken Tag Tournament. Now added to the tag mechanic are tag assaults, which if you play DOA should be familiar to you. As far as arcade AI goes, it's not as juggle crazy or brutal as Tekken 6's arcade mode, if it really gives you a ahrd time just set it to easy. The graphics are nice with fully animated CG cutscenes that, since this game does not fit in with the official cannon of Tekken, are more humorous. a notable eception, unfortunately, are Kazuya and Jin who have pretty weak endings when compared to others. Still, it's nice to get really cool endings in fighting games, with SC5 and UMVC3 giving dissapointing or no character endings. The tracks of this game are awesome and you can even buy more tracks for this game or just import your owns tracks for the game. There are a lot of modes, including a crazy new scramble mode to play with four friends and a lot of fun on multiplayer. Now this game isn't noob friendly, at least completely, even with the "tutorial" that really only deals with movement, you can just jump into arcade and learn that way for the most part but there is a huge community with lots of resources to help you get into the game and this is one of the really good fighting games out this year.

smoother than previous games but also very flawed
Tekken was the second 3d fighting series to come out behind the success of Virtual Fighter. The pros the graphics are good characters are well modeled. The music isn't bad. The controls are a bit smoother this time but at times felt unresponsive or the character would do another move and this is with an arcade stick and PS controller. At times I feel that the game revolves around cheap juggle and bouncing I kinda felt like no matter what characters were fighting every fight looked the same. Every person I fought would launch me punch, punch ,punch maybe a kick and switch to another character and lather rinse repeat. This leaves a flawed system that realise on cheap combo tactics that can not be blocked or broken like they can in SF or MvC. I understand yes it takes some practice to get to that point but there isn't any other strategies to a fight every fight turns out to be a who can juggle the other p,layer longer. Yes there are throws but they come far second to this combo system. I prefer variety. I just wish Namco would add more than this juggle system. I know VF has some juggling but each character feels deep and different throws counters and such have their place each fight feels different and you don't get that here. One thing this game has is a massive amount of characters but some are outrageous. I am turned off by the ridiculousness of some characters like a kangaroo, bears, devils and angels and the log character obviously a stab at Sega VF character Dural which I admit is ridiculous but lasers guns food trays as projectiles during fights is just plain stupid. The fight lab starts out on the right path trying to teach you tekken but falls short. But namco gives you a lot here and I am sure a lot of people will enjoy this game and I am sure Fan boys will be posting hateful comments. But namco needs to strive for quality over quanity I actually preferred Tekken 6 even though it felt slow and a bit choppy but the juggle system cheapness is limited more so in that game. Customization was a good start but this games customization sucks if you have already played SC 5. Online play is good it does lag at times and it doe s get choppy like SC 5 but not quite as bad though SC 5 has the worst online lag next to tekken prime 3ds. Anyway this is my opinion a d I am sure Fan boys will be posting hateful comments toward me but I don't care it is what it is. Also I thought I seen Snoop dog or snoop lion in the back ground of one level kinda weird and kinda cool. I will wait for this to go down in price and get dead or alive 5 instead since I already have SFxTekken, VF final showdown.

Worst Tekken By Far. Not Worth the $60
As a former Tekken fan, I have come to the conclusion that it's time for this series to evolve. The graphics look worse than the arcade version of Tekken 6 Bloodline Rebellion(for example, the models), with the only improvement being the faces on the characters. The character customization is a joke compared to the previous game(Tekken 6). Not to mention there are unnecessary clone characters as DLC(i.e. Miharu has the same moveset as Xiaoyu as she did way back in Tekken 4). The endings yet again consists of mostly lame joke endings(with the exceptions being Nina and Xiaoyu's endings) that make no sense. Also, did I mention this game lacks any character balancing whatsoever? Unless you're a diehard fan of the Tekken series, I would advise you to ignore this game and save your hard-earned money for something else.

Hmmmm....
I pre-ordered this game. The game is really fun. The only problems I have with this game is the music could of been better. I really feel that the music was better in the 1st Tekken Tag Tournament. Its not that many types of gameplay. I may have internet but everyone doesn't. The offline play could of been expanded a little bit more. I love the character roaster.
