They should have left the controls the way 2010 was. this game suck's because of that and i have every game but this one and i'm not buying it cause you can't fully customize the controls, i bought 2011 and ended up trading it because they messed the controls up on that one too.

This game is perfect for: casual gamers

So far this is a fantastic game. I haven't gotten a ton of gameplay in yet but so far this game is definitely looking promising for the future. I love the new caddy feature who gives you his opinions (which get better as you go along in the game on the courses). The graphics are absolutely great as well. Though I believe with the technology we have, the crowd could be better. Half stand with their hands at their hips and the other half have their hands covering the sun from their eyes...they all move in sync with each other as well...not really that big of a deal and doesn't hurt the game either. The progression through the game is very fun so far and I believe this game will be very good for some time. I recommend this game to anyone who likes golf or has played golf games in the past before.

This game is perfect for: casual gamers

Bought this game on launch day and let me tell you it is a very good installment of Tiger Woods. The road to the masters is a fun new twist that makes the game enjoyable to play. One of the complaints I had about the older Tiger's is that it always took to long to finish a round. With this new one there is a mode that can have the round done in half the time. Also they have added a caddy to the mix so he helps you pick out the right shots and also gets better over time. If you are not playing this game because you don't like Tiger Woods then I feel bad for you because you are missing out on a great golf game.

This game is perfect for: casual gamers

This game to me is one of the best in the whole series, because you have a caddie with you throughout the round i think its a cool new feature, as far as the gameplay if you have ever played a tiger woods game in the past you have played this, the courses are pretty much the same as last year but thats understandtable, lastly my only negotive of this fantastic game is the graphics it is only 720p resloution which is still pretty but i think 1080p would have been better, but overall i would tell anyone to get this game

This game is perfect for: casual gamers

I gave the review summary a negative interrogative, but overall Tiger Woods 12 is good. I just don't understand why the PS3 does NOT have Disc Golf like the Wii version does. I don't buy the EA Sports response with the Kinect of "we didn't have time". The company makes tons of money from game sales and DLC. Having that money gives them plenty of time. Still, even without disc golf, the game is fun. It's not much different than previous years except for The Masters and the new caddie system. Augusta looks sweet on the PS3, but the caddie system doesn't really tell me anything I already know as I'm a bit proficient in understanding the wind, lie, and slopes from the previous years. I'm sure it works great for the new players and those who need some help with their golfing confidence. By the way, I did know the PS3 wasn't going to have disc golf when I bought it - but there should be a requirement now for games made on the PS3 and the Wii that if one feature exists for the Wii or Move and doesn't exist for the other, that they put it on the game package. Except for the better graphics, the PS3 version is no better than the Wii. You get 25 courses with the Wii version and just 16 with the PS3 (you have to pay for the other courses). If you can afford one console version, if you have a Wii, and your family likes disc/frisbee golf, then get the Wii version. You can survive without the great graphics in exchange for the better gameplay. Other than that, the PS3 version is the next best thing because it has better online, better graphics, and the Move responds just fine in the game. And the reason "Sound" isn't a perfect score is because the commentating still repeats a little too often. Every sports game with commentating is like this though.

It's the MASTERS!!

C'mon. Any golfers dream come true. Finally, Augusta National and the Masters. We have been waiting a long time for this one. Must buy if you are a golf fan. Especially the Collectors Edition. For an extra $10, you get 5 additional courses. Good deal. Not to mention the free download course when you pre-purchase from Gamestop. A good deal becomes a great deal!!

Looks Good

This Tiger Woods game so far looks to be promising. I haven't had one since 2008 so I am hoping that this one is just as good as some of the past games. My favorite feature is obviously the addition of The Master Tournament. I downloaded the demo which lets you only play 5 or six different holes (5 holes in San Antonio and the last hole of Augusta National). The putting seems to be something that is a lot harder than it has been in the past. Hopefully after playing the game for some while, the putting will get a lot easier than it seems to be now. Should be a promising game with all of the new additions EA put into this game.

i have never bought a tiger woods game before but i tried this demo for the 360 and loved it. I however preordered for the PS3 just because its Move compatible, so ill have the option to play with the controller or if people are over maybe use the move

I can't not for this Tiger Woods. I have been playing this game since 2002 and I really love it, so much that I will play this game way more than Madden 2012. Now tell me that's not serious.

I got bored with TIger Woods never progressing really and quit buying it. Well, after playing the new demo many many times, I am proud to say "Buy it!'. Much better graphics and wonderful gameplay and courses make this game a 10. Cant wait.
