Took a lickin'
I bought this two years ago for my kids, it has been knocked off the tv moved from room to room and place to place. We lost one remote, I believe it was thrown away, so I can't tell you how that battery held up. The other three have lasted two years. Alas after many, many, many , MANY hours of use two of them don't want to charge and the third is being contrary at times. I am going to buy another as it is cheaper than replacing them all which is just fine with me. I did love this product and I definitely feel as though I got my money's worth out of it.

Worked good at first then it broke
worked for the first few months then when all my removed died I tried to charge them and none of them would work. When I put normal aa batteries in they worked just fine so clearly the charger is broken. I then looked up some reviews online and this problem has happened to many people. DO NOT BUY!

Good @ first...
Ok so I got this "charger" 4 X-mas it worked 4 about half a year then just stoped!!!! I did not one thing to it if you were me again don't blow your $ get the nintendo one.

Not worth the $!
I bought this product at the end of July and now it stopped working! It won't charge any of the wii motes and it hasn't been used a lot. Would not recommend to anyone, it's definitely better to just buy a regular rechargeable battery.

What a waste!
I have had this item for around 6 months or so and out of the four batteries i only have 1 of them that still works. it was seriously a waste of my money. it may look cool, but it takes alot of energy and the unit itself gets really hot. do not buy this item!

HORRIBLE. Don't walk away from this one... RUN!
Out of the box, 1 battery wouldn't charge. Manufacturer has no RMA system and simply says to send it back and trust that they'll send you a replacement. I never got mine and nobody has any way of saying they received it so it seems I just threw one away.
6 months into owning this (with 3 batteries) and now only 1 of them still works.
I guess if you are looking for a short term solution or have only 1 controller and are just looking for backup batteries, this would work. By my calculations, with one controller, you should be able to get about 18 months out of it before you start having problems. If you are like most people who buy a charger with 4 slots, you've got 4 controllers and will soon be stuck in the same spot as me... looking for a new solution.

Only compatible with Original Wii Remote
I bought this charger because i had 3 battery sucking remotes (1 Wii, 2 Nyko) the Wii remote worked perfect the Nyko only worked for a week but they work with normal batteries. The charging station seemed to not read the battery and the light kept blinking red. So i went to the store bought 2 original Wii remotes and its been 3 weeks and there hasn't been any problems. Its the perfect charging station light changes when its charged and the battery lasts for more than a day of non stop playing. I love it, i just hate it didn't read my Nyko remotes.

Great convenient charger
very handy you just drop your controller on the mat and the light turns green when its ready to go.
