*This remote does not have Motion Plus!*
I guess the description should be a little clearer. I was disappointed because I thought this remote included the motion plus sensor like the new Wii RemotePlus. It says it has motion-sensing technology and is compatible with MotionPlus so I thought it had the MadCatz verson of it. I started playing a game and it said to add the motion plus attachment which I don't have. So I can't play all of my games with this remote.

It is what it is....
Let me start of by saying that this is probably one of the best purchases that i have recently made for my wii. Obviously there's a catch, still I personally found it to be a triple threat. Affordable,Functional, Comfortable. The only reason i don't give this a perfect score is simply because of the few but yet so noticeable sync problems. Now let me start of by saying that this is not a constant bother. It happens every once in a blue moon, every now and then the control will loose sync with the console and you might find these moments to be harsh-fully timed with a crucial part of your game progress to be affected. Its really not that big of a deal, only because it doesn't happen that often. Now compared to other remotes and even the original and standard wii-mote, this is definitely the one that gives you the more bang for your buck. since its 10 dollars cheaper you can still get a functional sleek looking remote that provides a good feel and overall a good feedback. the only difference between this remote is the D-pad which resembles a generic version of a ps2 d-pad controller. For me this was no biggie, but if your picky with your controllers then i suggest you look somewhere else. If you are in look a remote, look no further. This is it.Simple, cheap( as cheap as a controller can be) and effective.

Comparison for this Wii remote
I bought the exclusive gamestop/madcatz Wii remote w/ gripz yesturday. This remote looks cool because it's red colored and looks like Nintendo's Wii remote.Every button looks the same except the D-pad.I compared both Nintendo's and Madcatz's remotes. My first test was pressing each available button on both Wii remotes.I feel more satisfied with Nintendos`.On Nintendo's Remote, the buttons are more smoother and have faster reflexes.Second test, finding out which one is lighter.I got both controls by the tip and the result was that Madcatz's remote was lighter in weight. My third test was to see which one had a better grip with the Wii jacket. The result was that Madcatz's remote won on that test. But it's a pain in the you no what to put on this jacket and take it off.If you want a Wii remote, I recommend this control because its is red colored and cost 10$ less than Nintendos'.But Nintendo's remote feels better.
