Great Joystick
The Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom Fightstick is probably one of the best joysticks, and one of two available for the Wii. The quality is just like the arcade as the stick and buttons are very responsive on both fighting games and even many Virtual Console games (especially some of the VC Arcade games). The one downside is that while it's very much compatible with most arcade compilations which use the Classic Controller, the one compilation which causes it to have a minor flaw is for Heavy Barrel on Data East Arcade Classics since the normal Classic Controller's right thumbstick controls the aim for the player. Asides from that minor issue, the TvC Fightstick is a durable and efficient alternative for the Classic Controller (for some games only).

American Stick with Japan Quality
I bought the Hori Fighting Stick and had to modify. This one works unmodified and it is a much better stick. The artwork is unbelievable and the colors just pop moreso than the SF sticks. In terms of responsiveness, it is very reliable and you dont need Sanwa parts even though it is a piece of cake to modify if you choose. I definitely recommend over Hori and it is about time an American company rose to the challenge. Better yet, the manufacturer here is beating Hori on their own turf which is better yet. The Hori vs Mad Catz challenge mimics the challenge in the capcom game. How ironic is that. I personally am American made and support American brands especially when they are better than the foreign competition. This is a no brainer.

I absolutely love this product.
This is a great stick. I agree with most of the other reviewers except for the one johnnycake that sticks out. I do not have any problems with lag but I admit I am a seasoned gamer (i.e., old) so I had my children who are teenagers tell me their thoughts. My 15 year old says it rocks and my 12 year old said thank you mommie for being so cool. So The family is happy and we are enjoying all of our wii games that suit this fightstick. For the record, i tested this out at another store at a setup that they had. There was myself and two other customers who played around with it for about 1 hour. It worked beautifully and we had tons of fun. I could not purchase that day but they did and like me I am sure they are enjoying their Capcom arcade stick.

Too Much Lag!
I had previously owned the TVC Fight Stick and I had a bad experience on my investment. It’s simply not worth the money! I’ve been playing fighters all my life, and have invested countless hours (and dollars) playing at the arcades as well as at home. After I play a while... the joystick started to lag during game play, so when I play online I felt I was playing at a disadvantage because I am getting a half second delay on my button presses. Here’s the honest low-down. The buttons didn’t have the micro switch click that I expected for the expensive price. Buttons were shaky, non-sturdy, and at times unresponsive. The price is still too expensive for this type of lag, but at least the character printed graphics are cool to look at.

Excellent Arcade Stick
Form many years fellow Wii players and I have been beckoning for a Wii controller. There is no doubt in my mind that Wii will be the leading platform going forward. I first got introduced to this brand of fightsticks from Streetfighter. I have to tell you there is a reason why this manufacturer receivewed the best in class awards for CES2010. The fight stick is absolutely authentic, sturdy, reliable and fun. Moreover, I am into aesthetics (i know the diehard gamers will scream at me) and the artwork on this arcade stick before considering functionality was enough for me to make this purchase. I checked around before this purchase on the gaming websites and the recommends were stellar. I am very happy that I made this purchase. I am an older mommy gamer and all my needs are met here. Better yet, my young children who are overly critical have starting enjoying the arcade stick even before the release of the game for which it was purchased.

It's pretty if anything.
So let me start by saying this stick is nice looking. Now that I've said that let me say that this stick is "alright" nothing that great about it to be honest when it come to Functionality. The joy stick is stiff and has a bit of a lag, the buttons don't seem to have much of a spring or a pop. This is my third stick, and pretty much the same quality as HORIs Real Arcade PRO.V3 SA. Not a bad stick but just not good enough. I've already ordered my sanwa parts for it and as bad as it sounds I'm going to put new art on it also. I'm looking forward to Tatsunoko vs. Capcom and at least now I'll have a stick to play with. If your looking for a good stick to buy... don't get this one or any other on the Wii really. The MvC te stick is very nice if anybody is wondering but not for the Wii.

Finally
I definitely will be getting this. I was not convinced on the first arcade stick with the six button layout because the buttons were too weird. Even the stick looked stiff
