The game can be fun if your an avatar fan.
The game can be fun if your an avatar fan but some the wii moves that you have to do is very very annoying and you have to get the hang of it. Overall the game is very fun, very challenging and sometimes you do have to think. you get to play all of the characters as well.
i brought the game months ago and stop playing it because of the wii moves, you have to do and then i looked online to see if theres another way to do it. some of them helped me, then i got my all style and i figured out how to do it and i beat the game.
if your playing the game straight through it may come off as very quick but some boards are longer than others and very tricky so u may be stuck on one board for hours at a time. if your really a true avatar fan i say you will enjoy it overall but become frustrated with the wii remote moves alot of the moves is about timing.

Okay game
I was kind of disappointed with the length of this game. The first Avatar game, while admitedly not the best game ever, had about 10 times more to do in it because of all the side missions. This, I think helped make it at least feel longer. So when I started playing this game, I'd expected it to be similar to the first one in terms of game play. Not so much. While the storyline was far more similar to the storyline of the TV show, the challenges are kind of simple and the bending with the wii remote can get frustrating. I think the only challenging part of the game for me was fighting the swamp bender and fighting Zuko and Azula at the end. The graphics were slightly better in this one than in the first game but for some of the animated cut scenes, the mouths of the characters speaking didn't move which was kind of strange and made the game seem unfinished. I also don't like that you can't save whenever you want to either, but that could just be because I'm used to playing games where I'm able to. Overall, I'd say this is a good game in terms of play. Wish it'd been longer, though.

Its pretty cool but has a lot of minor flaws.....
First of all, the graphics are cartoony, but I guess its a cartoon. This is a little weird, but it really bothers me that most of the time throughout the game their lips do not move when they are talking. Also, it is so short, I had it since yesterday and I bet it yesterday, haha. It took me 5 hours. It is not too hard either. I'd say the hardest bosses are the swamp monster on the third level, but mostly because it takes about 20-30 mins to get past him. He keeps swinging his arms around, and you have to chop them all off just to get a chance to hit him. The other hard bosses are Zuko & Azula in the final level. There are a few puzzles, but they are not really challenging. Another thing is you can only play as 2 characters at a time, so you are almost alone. I would recommend this game 6/10.

Terrible controls
Okay, so I bought this game for my Wii, and thought it would be like the best game ever, because of the bending motions and all of that on the Wii, and Avatar is like my favorite TV show (or used to be until it was all over), but then when I played it the controls didn't perform the bending motions correctly at all, and made them a lot tougher. There is this one thing I CANNOT get past because it says to make a circle with the Wii Remote, and I make a perfect circle, and it doesn't even pick it up. I got so frustrated, I kicked my TV! I was done! Of course the storyline is very good because it's from a hit TV show, otherwise it's one of my least favorite games of all time, which is a message to Nintendo to work out the glitches with the Avatar games for Wii, then I'll be all over them.

Its an okay game
Avatar Burning Earth was a mediocre game with a good story line and good graphics. The bending skills were not very impressive and got boring over time. The length of the game was pretty short with only 5 chapters. It seemed like a lot of the games the computer did for you. Doing the controls, I had to get up close to the screen so that certain things would work. Parts of the game would jump from one thing to the other even if it was something totally different. Most of the characters barely got more challenging as the game went on. The game played nearly the exact same way as the TV show does. Though I did really like the story line because I like the show. The bosses are pretty much the same as the show is too. My final recommendation, if you watch the show you'll think the game is better if you don't watch the show.

played it... pretty cool
I got to play this recently, two levels... An Omashu level on PS2 and a Swamp level on 360... It looked cool, felt cool, but there was a little lack of polish! Seemed like they had some work left on it, but overall I was impressed and thought it was miles ahead of the first game! Oh and the 360 looked much better than the PS2 version!

Hope they improve on the 1st
Well THQ does not make very good games BUT I love Avatar and am hoping for a miracle. The first game was barely passable, somebody let THQ know that the avatar can fly. It's such a great theme, too bad Capcom or Konami was not making it.

Should Be great
I rented the first avatar game and it was fun, i don't know what this story will be, but i hope theres more abilitys, more action, and better graphics since its on a next gen system. I don't have a Wii yet but i will be getting mine tomorow. This game should be a whole lot better i hope it looks way more realistic, it should be better than the first one. CAN'T WAIT!!!!

Avatar Game 2...
OK That tears it. This is good. i havent been interested in Avatar since Secret of the Fire Nation, And the first game, in the beginning the most boring game ever, but in the end, it was... exciting. This game looks better, sounds better, and I think is better. Its about time Nick spread to XBOX 360 but i think I will buy this one for Wii.
