Good game
I'm not sure why I keep reading everywhere that this is a terrible game. The storyline isn't really anything like the TV show save for the Fire Nation war and the main characters, but there are a lot of things to do (main missions and side missions) and that keeps it entertaining. The graphics are good enough that they didn't distract me from playing but they're not the best ever. I liked that while you do have certain things that you need to accomplish on every level, you still have free reign of the area (meaning you aren't confined to a specific path like you are in some games, you are free to go anywhere you want in the area of whatever level you're on is set in). I think the only thing I didn't like about it was that once you enter the "Boss Area" you can't go back and finish the rest of the level or explore the area more if you want. Overall, I'd rate this a game worth playing.

Huge Let Down
Well with THQ producing every Nick game out there you would think that they might get one show right, and the one with the most potential to become a game still becomes a flop. Even though Avatar is a pretty bad game I still play it, but that is in no means I would recommend it only the people who would enjoy the show would like this game, like my. The story is that of the show the world was once a peaceful place till one day the Fire Nation attacked disturbing the peace that held for centuries. Now two kids Katara and Sokka discover the new avatar incased in a large iceberg, created by him, which they free him and join him in an adventure to help him learn all four elements and defeat the fire king to restore peace to the world. The gameplay is that of a bad third-person adventure with all the bad camera angles to accompany it. The whole game is oriented to one single button and that is the A button. The Wiimote’s motion sensitivity is that of simply drawing to acquire bonuses for your character, and the bending is not very entertaining to use which is set for more helping your character get to the next objective or area. The content you can unlock is concept art form the show which I liked looking at, but still I felt no sense of accomplishment in doing this. They also allow a cheat system but the code only help you unlock more concept art instead of making you go in to avatar mode and beat up everything in sight. Also mentioning enemies they are all repetitive which hardly ever change in the later levels, and are all fairly no challenge at all. The graphics are that of a badly drawn cartoon that is not that easy on the eyes. With the character outlines shacking like an old man’s legs about to give up on him. The colors are also a kind of faded compared to the vibrancies of the Avatar show. \ So basically I would not recommend this game to anyone who does not truly love the show and five to six year old kids who don’t how the game looks or plays as long as it features the characters of Avatar: The Last Air Bender.
