nothing too exciting
This is an average game with okay graphics. There are minimal character options. I was expecting much more, so I am disappointed. My 6 year old likes the game, so it is a game that I would recommend for younger children. There are many different carnival games to play, and this is one thing that my son enjoys about the game. Initially I was interested in the game as well. However, it fails to appeal to both young and old equally. It would not be highly recommended as a top pick family game, nonetheless it is an appropriate family game. One of the best things about playing carnival games is the slick remarks that the guy running the game makes. I think the game falls short in the area. The game potential to be great, so I hope they get it completely right if there is a second part.

Great family game or for kids
I get kinda bored but my young kids love it and it is very fun with the family of after a few. Overall the family will like it but solo play is lacking.

Great party game for kids, not so much for adults
The concept of the game is actually charming but gameplay is much more ideal for the younger gamers than it is for just adults.

Very good game- aimed more for kids.
This is a good game with good games included in it. The older gamers may find this boring and tedious but still good. Plus I think they were aiming for families or kids to play.

Slow and not realistic
Biggest negative is that this game runs slow. Slow to play a game, slow to change players, you only get 3 to 6 chances on any particular game which is realistic but not fun, you don't get a chance to get the hang of the game before it become boring. Also, you don't go head to head very often with the other players, you take turns which is also slow. Lastly, throws are not real throw but a target running around. Good for 5 year olds or younger.

Carny Games
I bought this game on the fly, thinking it would be a fun way to provide my 3 year old with an easy way to learn to play video games. Not so much. What I did get is a game that my wife and I have had loads of fun playing. This game successfully captures a glimpse into carnival games and makes you, like the games it emulates, work to learn how to accomplish each one. The developers clearly did not try to make a thinker of a game but they challenge you on many of the games in spite of this. Highlights for me - Alley Ball - this game is legendary and done really well here with the appropriate level of realism. As for my 3 year old, it's back to Gamestop for me. Lowlights - Not a huge fun of aiming system on a few of the games (namely, Dunk Tank). With fun little bonus games and tons of interactivity, this game makes for a great date night in front of the TV. My only recommendation is buy some beer, put the kids to bed, and treat yourself to a little fun at the Carnival.

Okay game
My daughter got this for easter.. Now she like's playing it but we also found that some of the game's were hard to do. That the remote didn't work well with some we tried with the hammer game my daughter tried it my mother and me and we couldn't get it to work so you could swing the hammer and ring the bell. She like's carnival game's so she enjoyed it and she is 12 but as for me being a parent i didn't care for it I didn't find it challenging enough for me. The grahic's were okay but it was easy to follow the directions. This would be better for younger. I don't recommend buying it till you try it first it may not be what your looking for for your child. Getting the tickets and prizes my daughter loved that part. She loved seeing the different things she can get with the tickets.
