NOT the Medal of Honor I know
When I first picked up this game, I was thinking that it was like the other MOH's: long, easy-to-tough missions, and fun. I WAS SORELY DISSAPOINTED!! This game is way too easy (even on veteran/normal), the game (even though the disc was a little scratched) lagged, and made no attempt to turn the character when I moved the Wiimote left and right, and it just made me wanna rig my wii to play PSX and PS2 games... Only get this if you want to...

Fun Game
So I'm sorta new at the whole shooter genre, but I used to play shooters a lot with my brother. This is the first real shooter I've actually bought, though. Here are my thoughts. The graphics are great. Sound is okay 'cause there really isn't much of a soundtrack; it's mostly just shooting noices and people yelling which is just the tiniest bit annoying after a while of playing it. Actually, although I bought the game primarily for the mulitplayer mode, I really enjoyed the single player mode, too. It was exciting and surprisingly easy. Well, not too easy. But easy enough that I didn't get stuck on the first few levels at least. I'm not stuck yet, but I haven't played the whole game, so I figure I'll get stuck at some point. Now as for the controls... The controls are kind of annoying. You can use buttons or sometimes motions with the wii remote, and this is what makes the controls bad because when I play, sometimes I end up doing actions I didn't mean to because I accidently moved the wii remote. But that's really the only bad thing about the game, so I would recomend it. Because for the most part, it is easy and fun.

Great game
I enjoy the game very much. I thinks its even better than Medal of Honor Heroes 2.

disappointing
when i picked this game up it was not what i expected. for a game where you paratroop into battle i thought there would be more parachuting. the graphics were bland and dated, the multiplayer was a waste of time, and there wasn't very much length to it. but one of the things i liked was the feeling of it being a classic moh.

Basicly a pretty good game.
Now this game is a probly one of the best games out there, for the wii, but the thing is that the campain is only ten levels long. now whats up with that????? it was pretty good, gameplay and all, but it just fails to really get the "wow" effect. I acctualy beat it in two days. so to rap things up i would get it, but you souldn't really keeep it long. just sell it short after. it doesn't even have wifi.

Intense game
MOH Vanguard has impressive gameplay but the storyline falls too short. The missions/objectives are exhaustive, but could be more complex. In addition, it seems like for the most part you're playing alone without your fellow soldiers helping out or covering you. Using the bazookas to blow up Tiger tanks is definitely one of the highlights of this game! However, a big disappointment is when enemy soldiers disappear after you've killed them. Come on, that's not realistic. Also, the scenes where you're in dark rooms or interiors is disorienting, especially since you don't have the option of carrying a flashlight so you know where the heck you are! Nonetheless, MOH Vanguard is worth the money and definitely looks like a better game than MOH Heroes 2.

Good
Medal Of Honor Vanguard is extremely under-appreciated and it is actually a really entertaining first person shooter. In this game, you are Frank Keegan, a soldier of the 82nd Airborne Division. You will fight from Operation Husky in Sicily to Germany itself. This game has a moderate control scheme, a decent storyline, exciting gameplay, and outstanding sound (as do all Medal Of Honor games). Although this game has a lot of positives, it also comes with it's negatives. For example, the Wii version is the exact same game as the PS2 version. It has the same graphics if not worse, the same missions, and the same storyline. Medal Of Honor Vanguard for the Wii also has no online multiplayer, but it does have a split-screen mode. Split-screen does keep you entertained with your friends for a while and it comes with a variety of modes like Deathmatch. While Medal Of Honor may not be the best WWII FPS game on shelves these days, it does prove to be an exciting and entertaining game that you may want to consider buying if you can deal with it's flaws.

Ok Game
This game was ok I guess. I think the idea was awesome, the way you parachute into the battle field, especially on the last level. the controls were ok, but it was hard to steady it unless you have a steady hand for Wii remotes. the thing i was most disappointed in was the length. it was way to short and easy. the actual fighting was ok, but i would have made it a little more fun and hard . altogether i would say, rent this game, because i beat it in about 3 or 4 hours. if you like shooters, and you aren't very good at shooters, get this game, because if you are good at shooters like me, it is way to easy. so dont be too surprised if you beat in a morning or two, because i did thanksgiving morning and the morning after. the game would be a little better if you have a zapper, but i dont know, cause i didn't have one.
