Monster Hunter Tri - Game Only
Greatest wii game of our time
This game captures both fluid gameplay and challenging excitment. It is a perfect game for all ages. This game utilizes hard work so that it pays off later in the game, but still makes the game fun from starting to end. Even after you finish the storyline there are still many advantures to have online with your friends! A must play game.
wow! Fun for a while but......
i really enjoyed this game for about 50 hours. Then i couldnt stand it any more. I hate fighting games and this is what this game is essentially. Fighting bosses. There is no story. The upgrading is fun for a while too. But then it boils down to repeating same fights until you get enough raw materials to upgrade armour and weapons to kill bigger boss. If this is your idea of fun then you should get it. I stopped trying and caring after i killed royal ludroth.
Awesome game with almost limitless play
What can I say? This game has it all. An offline Story mode and Arena mode, a real-time, rank-based online multiplayer system, Wii Speak and Classic Controller (Pro) support, numerous quests, both online and offline, and hordes of realistically-designed monsters set across several realistically diverse ecosystems. And to top it off, the online quests include special "event" quests, which alternate between 8 "sets" every 4 days. This means that if you miss an event quest on a specific date, 32 days later you'll be able to undertake it. This is only the tip of the iceberg, however. There is so much depth to this game, and it cannot be summed up in one review. Whether you like a game that will keep you coming back for more, or if you just like games with a lot of content, then give this game a try. I think you'll be surprised.
I can sit and play this game for hours and hours, have fun, and still have plenty to do in the game. So expansive, it is hard to run out of things to do
The perfect game for everyone
This game works with all of capcom's qualities put together to make the perfect game. with amazing graphics fun combat and a good story line this is the best thing the wii system has ever seen.
This game is awesome. I still play it to this very day! I'm level 63 on multiplayer. The monsters in the game are totally awesome. I'm still making my alatreon armor set. Anyone who reads my review and does not have the game. I hope my review made u want to go buy it now!
even thouogh i just gort it a few days ago and r on the second set of quests i can already say this game rocks its an older game but fun plus a lot of people get on multi player so u could hop on with ur friends not to mention teh split screen mode its a great game if u give it the time plus u also get to customize ur character
all time favorite
capcom absolutely perfected this game and it has been my favorite game ever since the day it came out.i desperately hope that this series continues onto more advanced systems preferably ps3 . the huge variety of weapons and armor and how u can upgrade a simple iron weapon into an amazing monster destroyer that won me over with this game. the graphics are far above average for its time. the gameplay has stayed entertaining for me all the way to this day and it will continue to be that way for hopefully a long time . i really like how the single player campaign allows you to roam the world and kill all the monsters you want and get any items u need all without selecting a quest or being under a time limit. My favorite feature is how any items u obtain while playing multiplayer carry over to single player. Capcom keep up the good work
Great game for people looking for a real challenge. Its hard and unforgiving, but I love the series.
I have never been a big fan of free roam RPGs, esp. ones like this game. I figured I'd give it a try. The character creation is better than I thought, but you have to buy armor to clothe your character. The quests are more of a find a monster, kill him, and help the village out in the process. No leveling up? Also, I honestly had no time to play this game alot. I might play it later in the future, but for now Xenoblade Chronicles will fill that void I have for a good RPG.
