This game is perfect for: casual gamers

In this great medical game you are a doctor named Dr. Stiles, until you play as the woman.This is a game that is perfect for people who wanted to be a doctor.This game is not realistic because you have to draw stars to slow down time and theres this weired new diesiese spreading like wildfire,but its still a great game.

if you have a steady hand then this is a pretty addicting game. it has a good story to it too. Slow and steady makes Derek a good surgeon, and me a good time.

So I got this game today and I was very excited to play it. I'm currently at 2-7 of Dr. Stiles' story. This is an alright game. There are a couple things that annoy me though. The nurse has to pipe in at critical moments with her "DOCTOR!!!!" if you start to loose vitality or miss with an instrument. The gameplay is inventive, or so I think, aside from the precision you have to have. I understand it's a surgery game but I find myself wanting to fling the controller at times. Maybe it's just 'cause I'm not used to the Wii yet. Anyway: This is still a fun game; been going for hours on it with no breaks. Really gets you hooked.

I don't know how I came across this game... I just picked it up at my local Blockbuster and decided to try it out. After my week long rental was up, I knew I was going to buy this game. I had found a hidden gem! Trauma Center has an amazing story line that you will become very attached to. Many of you may frown upon the fact that it uses still Japanime graphics throughout the game... but honestly, it doesn't take away from the story. You will have a fair bit of reading to do, but once you get into the intense operations, it's all worth it. The controls seem impossible at first, but you will soon become very coordinated. You must be precise with every move! The surgical graphics in this game are not all that realistic, but the medical vocabulary is very accurate. Although this is a one-player game, I have played it with 10+ people. Even without the Wiimote in hand, everyone is entertained. Everyone always has a blast yelling at the person who is operating... giving them tips and screaming when they make a mistake! When you play as the surgeon, you will experience a unique adrenaline rush like no other... especially if you have your friends breathing down your neck! It's truly the most exciting game I've ever played... and SO entertaining! Please give Trauma Center a chance! You won't regret it! ^_^
