Xbox 360 Controller Razer Onza Tournament Edition
Can't Believe it
I was super excited to get this controller to use on my PC. i get home open it up nice unboxing experience and all. Had a little bit of trouble getting it to work on the computer. Finally got it working, started up a game of BF3. Here's the kicker, not even 2 minutes into the game i realize that my guy keeps wanting to look down. So i unplug and plug back in. But it still does it. So i unplug it and take it to my xbox and try and play a game of BO2 and it does the same thing. I could not believe it, this controller broke after 2 minutes of gameplay. I'm taking this thing back tomorrow.
wrapped the cord once on accident and it didn't work anymore didn't even last a month and to top it off I'm still waiting (over a month) for Razer to send a replacement I honestly rather have my money back instead of this product
frekin awsome. it really helps the game. its helps performance in so many different ways. it immerses you in the game even more by helping the performance of how you react and act upon different situations
Had this for about a week and its great. I play batter then before and the Hyperesponse Action Buttons is the best. I love the Adjustable Resistance Analog Sticks so you can pic your sensitivity level of your thumbs & Two Additional Fully Programmable Buttons that are on top of the LB/RB area. The best part of the Razer Onza Tournament Edition is that on the back of the controller you can Remap the buttons in matter of Seconds so you can pick what button will fire or what button to reload.
The only to things that bother's me about this controller is that the LT/RT triggers feels weird to me, i like the old fashion type triggers my self. The 2nd thing i did not care for is the feel of the Precision D-Pad, they should of made it like the Hyperesponse Action Buttons or can change it out for what ever model you like on some controllers that you can custom to.
enhanced control for all gamers
this controller is the best buy iv had in a long time the controller fits like a glove i can have my button layout tactical and program the programmable buttons to use the knife and other usability's in other games, not just for pro gammers if you have small hands or cant move fingers quick this controller is made for you!!
If your looking for the next controller from your bulky controller from Microsoft and get a much lighter, more comfortable grip when your raging at noobs, then I would recommend this controller. If there is one thing I can describe about this controller is that it has a very comfortable grip in your hands. The rubber feel on the grip makes it much more comfortable in my opinion. The fact that the sticks have a adjustable resistance, you can adjust it to your liking on how much you want to push and pull on the sticks. Now on to the buttons. On a regular controller, you have to push down and feel the thump of the button. We all know that feeling of spamming "A" or "B" and get tired of doing so. But with the Mechanical Buttons like Razer has being putting on their BlackWidow keyboard, it takes much less pressure to push down the buttons which means, no more thumb cramps! I only have one problem with this product and that is the triggers. I feel like it takes a bit more effort to pull on it or that it doesn't fit my hands that well. But thats just a personal preference. I would definitely buy this product for the price your paying. Say good bye to those batteries!
Just Don't Buy It
This controller was a hudge disappointment. Yes, at first it was amazing. The tension adjustments on the sticks are a great feature. The buttons felt awesome, really nice springy feel to them. Same for the triggers and d-pad. As far as performance this controller has it all. What's the problem then right. Well all this awesomeness lasted THREE weeks until the left stick broke. I am not very aggressive with my controllers. I try to take care of my things, especially a $60 controller. The most upsetting part is that it was such a good controller, best I've ever used. What a dissapointment.
BEST CONTROLLER IVE OWNED!!
I used to own a Silver Xbox controller and i felt id go wired because the whole charging battery got annoying, I debated between xbox brand or going for the very popular RAZER brand. Needless to say I am 100% satisfied with the RAZER ONZA TE!!
It works better than Microsoft brands I've owned and i treat my equipment with respect and care.
The Onza is light weight and has chat quality clearer than XBOX BRAND!! NOW THAT'S AMAZING!! I use this with my beautiful Astro A30 and A40 and it compliments the stylish design and the near weightless feel.
The sticks done drift at all and the ABXY buttons are flush with the handle to the point where you can literally swipe your fingers over it and it will react! This means faster movements, reaction and game-play!! Its also PC compatible!
I tested the resistance joysticks and reprogram buttons with Mass Effect 3 and Battlefield 3 and my gaming has reached a whole new level, I am in love with this controller and I wont ever be going back to another controller!! Don't know why the reviews people have are bad but this this is durable and legit!!
BUY ONE WHILE YOU CAN, TREAT IT WELL AND DON'T FORCE AND HURT IT AND IT WILL SERVE YOU ABOVE AND BEYOND!!
I got this Product 2 days ago and its alrdy broken the grip is nice the buttons are soft and Mouse like and The 2 extra buttons are very useful but The problem is this Thing Is VERY delicate i was loosening the analog sticks cause theres something that you can turn it and it broke For no absolute reason that comes with the controller ive already bought this twice and Refunded both Goodbye Onza
Not a Fan
I have had the controller for about 7 months, very rarely use it. Maybe once out of a month, and the joystick pads that are on the top of the joystick are already wearing down and coming a part. I Have had a controller that I bought when I purchased my XBOX, which was 5 years ago, I have always used it, it might be a little wore out on the top of the joystick. But yet a much better controller then the Razer.
