Xbox 360 Headset
Great Value for what you get!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have had this headset for a about a year and a half now and they are by far better then the turtle beach's and astro's ive had in the past. My turtle beachs dropped and stopped working and my astros the wire had been pulled lightly and i couldnt hear anything on full blast. But for twenty bucks these are the best ive had and plan on using these until i get deployed.
I love this headset so much! I have used my first one for about three years and I haven't broken it yet. It's such an amazing headset especially for that price.
I really do like it, very good mic
Overall, this is a very good mic. I don't understand these bad reviews, and they are usually like "Horrible buy, breaks easily, don't buy it." I mean, I heard someone say they had it for 5 years. When I got it, it was from my friend, and he had it for years, and then I used it until 4 months passed and my voice wouldn't go through(but I could still hear other people). This mic is worth the buy for $20, and those people who say it's bad, I wanna say, what do you expect if it is only $20. But still, it is a great mic. My friend, stepped on his on concrete by accident, it was almost broken, it still worked. This is very comfortable too. So yea, I recommend this and I will buy another one when I get the money.
Overall performance was Excellent!
Works perfectly, can hear myself and other players clearly!I would recommend this product to anybody who wants a cheap headphone.
I've been through 5-6 of these things over 3 years. Usually, there is crackling in the ear piece and eventually it goes dead so I had to put voice through speakers on tv (which is not good for playing single player games with chatty friends in the party). If you feel like shelling out 20 bucks every half a year or so, go ahead. The wireless one from Microsoft has better shelf life. I only use the wired one as a backup now (if I forget to charge wireless). I'm definitely saving up for some turtle beaches though.
Good sound quality, the only time you have trouble hearing is if the person you are talking to has a bad mic. The only bad thing about this mic is it breaks (usually in half) very easily so be careful when handling.
There is nothing wrong with this headset. My freinds say they can hear me just fine, and it is comfortable and fits well.
I can never hear my friends talking to me and the wire just gets in the way. Don"t waste your money! Also the mic never pick up my voice so i have to hold the mic to my mouth when i want to speak.
Okay but with some flaws
The headset is ok if you are just starting out cause it gives decent volume and is extendable to fit your head. One problem for me was that the mic wouldn't pick up very well for me so i had to readjust how i was wearing it and it was really uncomfortable. also it can break easily so be careful with it.
Good for a while, but get Turtle Beach
Ok so I got this a while back when wanted a mic.I never knew what Turtle Beach was till now.So when I got it I can hear fine and talk but it felt hard.Like when I play I just can stand the thing with the plastic headband. It work for about 3-5 months but then my friends can't hear me.I can hear them but not me.So I plugged it back in over and over and still didn't budge.Overall headset sucks, breaks WAY TOO FAST! If your thinking Turtle Beach is pricey,WRONG!!Your looking at the $300 ones, but they are some for $25,$30,$40,$50,$60!!I made a review of Turtle Beach x12($59) so check that out on my profile.Go to Turtle Beach.com for some that are list below.
