Looking forward to buying!
I am trying to find a cheap but worth-it kind of steering wheel for my xbox 360. I found this and I am raising up money to buy this and Test Drive Unlimited 2. (I have recommended it, and it looks like a great game overall.) I think that I would love this, and I am definetly going to buy it!

Everything I Wanted
I wanted to get a wheel for my xbox but all the other ones are very expensive and are cabled so it wouldnt work for me. So i decided to get this and it is awesome. You can play any racing game with it and it doesnt need kinect or anything. I play f1 2011, forza 3. shift 2, and alot of other nfs games and it works great with all of them

Not Bad
It get's the job done. But I've had a few issues with it acting up, or getting out of calibration. And it could use the bumber buttons. I'm not to down on it because it definitely beats using a stick for driving.

Inaccurate
I was hoping that this product would be a great buy but it turns out this particular controller is inaccurate. I tried it out on both my NASCAR and Forza games but every time I would hold the controller straight my car would turn left. The controller is also way too sensitive. The slightest turn in it may not turn you enough and turn too much and you end up wrecking. Not a good product. I recommend a mounted racing wheel if you like racing games.

good
i think its pretty good and alot more fun than a standard controller im not very big on racing games and dont see the point for a 250 dollar one so i got this and it works as it says it does its nice small and my only complaint is batterys i want to use a rechargable pack but cannot due to the weird setup of the batteries but other than that its good and also it works amazingly on sonic and sega all stars racing and the forza games and does not need the kinect like alot of people thing it does on youtube it works with most of the original xbox racing games i tried burnout and it worked fine hope this helps

A novel toy for beginners
I received this as a gift from my wife for my birthday. I was excited to try it out, being an avid Forza 4 fan. I really liked the look and feel of the controller. However, once I tried using it I believed it to be defective. For example, I could not turn properly while braking, and when correcting for oversteer the controller didn't seem to know I had turned the wheel completely around the other direction. I could turn this controller off and switch to a 'regular' controller in the middle of a race and the 'problems' would vanish. I tried it with several different cars all with different tune setups all with the same bad results. I returned it for a second wheel, but it showed the same characteristics of the first. I was very disappointed because I really wanted it to work. It seems like it would be a fun toy for a novice player, but for a serious player in the top 1% on the leaderboards if completely fails to deliver.

Does not work well with other racing games
This wheel looks great but does not work well with some racing games. i tried it on nascar the game 2011 and it was very bad. then i went on indycar series 2005 and it was pretty good. you can not dirve in a straight line with it. it did work better on need for speed shift but not as good as indycar. it is almost like it is to sensitive so i wrecked alot. i would not buy this again or for anyone else but i would buy the normal racing wheel. it seems like it only works with forza.

aim at the casual gamer with lots of racing exp
i got this because a lot of reviews said it good (except one which was irrelevant), and i have to say it does a bang up job performing like a real racing wheel. i got mine, and been trying it out on forza 4, and it's easy to use once you get the controls down (when you look at the controls though you'll understand why turn 10 decide to use Y as the rewind). as i said this is for the casual racing gamer, it is still miles away from using a controller. for one not enough buttons to replace the ones i'm accustom to use on the controller, but i found the right setup for me. also it's true there is no place to hook up a mic, so use a controller when playing racing games with friends. Tips: to use the wheel on forza 4, start with hot laps and go with a slow car until you feel competent at driving with it, then move to another class. also the simulation steering option was meant for the wheel; it feel more controlled (as i have tried with an actually good racing wheel setup with petals and all on normal steering and it didn't feel right at all).

great controller, like the design and feel
Great controller for racing games, has a comfortable feel and like the design. Like the fact your not restricted to having the wheel set on a platform or table.

Awesome after some practice.
This is a very good wheel. I've been using it in Forza 4, and after about 3 or 4 races I've finally gotten used to it enough to win. It's pretty responsive, and I haven't noticed any lag time between me and the game. Controls for Forza 4 are slightly changed from a standard controller. A = look back (still functions as 'accept' button). B = handbrake (still functions as 'cancel' button). X = clutch (if you're driving manual w/ clutch). d-pad up = shift up. d-pad down = shift down. Other than that everything is the same. Only problem with it that i have noticed so far is there is no place for a mic.
