This game is one of the best games i own by far! Great graphics, one of tom clany's finest. If you love the game then get the second!

Ghost recon
THIS GAME IS AWESOME now you may see comets saying things like "this sukes its to hard" but thats because its more of a stratigic game for exsample you have to chose you squad based on the terain and enamies. you need to tell you squad things thike go or fallow or stand by. if you thin this is call of duty its not. it is a statigy shooter. BUT the lasing appeal is all of what it could be. Id recomend renting it or buying the first AND second at the same time.i DO think that you should get the second one. The only bad thing about this is the multiplayer. But for canbain you do get stuck but thats what makes it fun:)

good but not great
its alright for ghost recon newbies but if u play call of duty you might not like this because its no first person and you cant do anything call of duty like. so uh yea.

Very Good, but unequal to it's sequels
It is VERY boring at the beginning of campaign, so if you skip training and keep playing for three days, it should get interesting. In this deserted town, the goal is to shoot all the bad guys and get to the next location. Your squad is EXTREMELY STUPID, and they cross through the line of fire when you order a regroup. You will have to heal them a lot. When you shoot them, then heal them, they actually THANK you!!!!! Multiplayer is very fun. You can do online, but co-op split screen is better. You can choose between 1 and infinite respawns and low, medium, and high density of enemies. All in all, this game is very good. But, of course, it's sequels are better. But the $3 price tag for this, the $6 price tag for GRAW2, and the $50-$60 tag for Future Soldier makes it clear that this deal is greatly worth it.

Not as good as #2
I played GRAW 2 first, then GRAW 1, and I would suggest you do the same as well. The first GRAW game is not nearly as good as the second, most notable when it comes to firing from cover and using the HUD. However, GRAW 1 is still a very good shooter and there really isn't any huge reasons why you shouldn't check it out at this value price.

What do you mean, "No Can Do?!"
The game is, at best, hum-drum. The controls are so confusing, half the time you commit suicide by wrong button. I didn't make it past the tutorial, before I took the disc out and put in a draw, never to be touched again. "To shoot your enemy you must;"
a. Run into a wall.
b. Stick to the wall.
c. Peer around the wall.
d. Line up your targets.
e. Make sure your squad in nice and comfy behind cover.
f. Repeat a through d.
g. You may fire...Oops, the enemy shot you with one bullet. Please start again.
If that isn't bad enough, I get talked back to by the squad of Moe, Larry and Curly, with phrases like; "No can do." or "Try another command, see if I follow that one."
I would only recommend this game, if you had a table with a short leg and you needed something to tuck under it to sturdy it.

pretty cool
this game is not to bad. i mean ya in two player u cant see ur gun but the campaign is pretty good i mean hey u can tell ur guy to look behind a corner so u wont get shot by suprise. overall its a nice game and if ur a tom clancy or ghost recon fan this will be good for ur collection

why all the hate in 2012?
i see a lot of people reviewing this game in 2011/2012 and complaining about the graphics, or the gameplay, or anything really. the game came out in 2006. it was an early release for xbox360, and at the same time came out on ps2 and regular xbox, so of course it's not going to hold the same standards as games that have come out in the past year or 2. i see people comparing it to call of duty, and if you do that, you are just plain stupid. not only is the style of game nothing alike, it's not a first person shooter. when this game came out in 2006, it was a top of the line product, and if i still had my xbox360, i'd still be playing this game, because it is still a great game.

a TERRIBLE war game
let me start out by saying I bought this with high hopes. After and hour i threw it with great strength. The graphics are okay, but could be much better. The sound is the only think about this game they actually know. The controls are the wierdest shooter controls ive EVER used, and will not get used too. The story i dont know about, because after 5 minutes i found dull and boring with a terrible plot. I decided trying online, which is a worst mistake, as the controls are so terrible its basically people blindly firing hoping for a kill. Overall a terrible game that i would not reccomend to anyone as it is just plain TERRIBLE

Good for the prize
I see this game gets bad reviews and they are wrong. This game is a good starter game for kids and adults alike. The story last a good 6-7 hrs. The graphic are not the best but great for the time when it was released. The controls can be alittle weird at first but very easy to master and learn. I would buy this game for $20 but for $3 consider it a investment. Many people don't play online but if you plays with friends it's a good way to have fun. Buy it, it's worth it.
