This game is perfect for: hardcore gamers

I absolutely LOVE this game! It is pretty short, but it still is very fun. Sometimes, you even get scared which makes it more fun. I definitely recommend this game. I'm hoping they make a part 2!

This game is perfect for: hardcore gamers

I've been looking at buying Rise of Nightmare since I first bought my Kinect for my 360 and like a lot of hardcore gamers I judged Rise of Nightmare by it's cover. I recommend those of you who can stand playing Kinect and love the Retro feel of games like House of the Dead THIS GAME IS FOR YOU! This game has moment in a horror game that are hard to come by anymore but I picked up this game at my local gamestop (last copy on the self). I put it in and I played for 3hrs straight with taking minimal amount of break time. Although there are Glitches in the Controls, but as long as you have the 10ft "Best" amount of room in your play space this game responsed well and the semi-natural feel to the kinect controls are great. Also this game is the only game I've come across that doesn't hold your hand 95% of the time like most Kinect games do when telling you what to do, Most of the controls work well as long as your semi-smart and passed the 6th grade then you should have no problem. Great Game for Kinect Lovers and Horror fans who want a small workout.

One of the most frightening games i have ever played. its scary good. My two faults are the walking and the blood. The walking is bad you should be able to walk normal but you have to keep one foot out and to back up one foot back, not the best feature. The playstation had better blood graphics then this game. all in all great game though

This game is perfect for: casual gamers

I love this game! There are so many dance and kiddy games for Kinect, and they FINALLY have one geared more for adults! It is fun to play, because it feels like you are really in the game hacking away at your enemies. A lot of bloody scenes, and I had a few that made me jump. Well done :)

This game is perfect for: hardcore gamers

In a game market flooded with dance, workout and cheesy kid games we finally get an awsome adult game filled with blood and gore. You fight your way through zombies and undead to save your wife. The controls for this are really great and the kinects tracks almost perfectly. Step foward and you move foward, step back and you walk back. The bigger you step the faster you walk. Turn you shoulders side to side to look around. Put up your dukes and get ready to fight. Punch, swing weapons, and open doors like you would in real life, the kinects tracks it all just right. The graphics are really great and so is the gameplay. It starts off a little slow in the beginning but this gives you some time to get used to the controlls and moving around. Once you're into the game you won't want to turn it off. One great feature of the game is autowalk. If you get turned around or are just feeling a little lazy hold your arm up and you will automatically walk where you need to go. I really can't say enough good thiings about this game I love it and would recommend it to anyone.

This game is perfect for: casual gamers

The game itself was very decent, perfect title for those who are fans of the Condemned series who only wished that you could control your two fisted killing machine on his endless rampage of of busting heads or splitting them in two. The graphics aren't amazing as seen with some of the in game enemies and bosses design seems almost mediocre, but the atmosphere, the environmental tension in some areas more than makes up for it. And as for the bosses, they aren't that difficult to find a pattern that will lead to victory for you, but near the end, the motions to perform some will exhaust you if you haven't been taking casual breaks, and getting the rhythm itself is a challenge, almost a choir, but not that bad. First 15min though they hit you with a game breaking motion challenge which will frustrate you. Not playing the game before, and on screen instructions not being at all helpful, you'll more than surely will look online on how to get passed this first part of the game. Weapons break, variety of weapon pick ups and types of kills vary, and the feel of embedding an axe into a zombie's head is severely gratifying. The story is average, constantly screwing with your mind, but not in the good way. Story seems to double back on itself so much, that it almost feels near the end that even the writers didn't know where they were going to go with it, and quickly tied everything into a perfect little knot. And the special device in the game which when you receive it, you'll know what Im talking about immediately, comes far too late in the game to receive adequate enjoyment out of it. This game really is a 7/10 but, due to it being the first survival horror for the Kinect that allows you to beat down zombies, delimb them, hack them to a pulp. It's satisfying to play in that respect, and you'll get a great workout while having fun.

The conchrols are bad the story sucks! its not fun and is not intertaning its Bad! ign Gamespot and Gametraliers gave it bad low scores! its a Bad game! The Kincked do,s not worlk and it has no good games this is Boring i dont like it its the same thang over and over flip or arms arond with no fun. i dont fill it i need a conchroller. i like Moshen conchrolls like on the Wii but Kincked is Awful! the is Game has the worst Graphicse iv seen on the XBOX EVER! i mean its the worst i have seen this gen! FOR REAL Its that bad and worst thay is nothing good about it stay away! its NO GOOD!

The beginning of the game is a bit slow but once you get into it, its extremely fun killing zombies with all sorts of different weapons. Im impressed with the way you move around in the game. This is A LOT like the Condemned games which i liked those a lot too. Overall it is a LOVELY game!
